Whether you prefer a complimentary self check-in experience, or to be greeted by a member of the team, our flexible options allow you a personal arrival experience when arriving after our front desk closes at 10pm.
Self Check-In (Complimentary)

If you’re arriving after reception hours, you can check in independently using our secure self check-in service.
How it works
- Let us know you would like a complimentary self check-in, send us your preferred mobile number and download the JustIn mobile app using the link below.
- On your arrival day, you will receive a message with your room name and access instructions. Access will automatically be assigned in the JustIn mobile app.
- Entry to the building is gained by using your mobile key, holding your phone to the keypad next to the main door. Your mobile key also opens our glass foyer door and your bedroom lock. Simply activate your JustIn mobile key and hold your phone to the lock on the door.
- Your room will be pre-prepared with keycards at your bedside for use throughout your stay.
- A member of the team is available in the case of emergencies. Simply call us on +44 131 524 0110 or ring a call point at the entrance to the hotel.

- Self check-in is complimentary.
- Mobile keys are unique and time-limited for security.
- Please complete our digital registration form. This will be emailed to you two days before arrival.

If you’d rather be met in person, we can arrange a late check-in with one of our team.
To arrange
- Let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
- We’ll confirm availability and add the £20 supplement to your booking.
- Ring the call point upon arrival. A member of staff will greet you at the door within 10 minutes of your arrival, will be happy to assist with your bags, and answer any questions.
