- Let us know you would like a complimentary self check-in, send us your preferred mobile number and download the JustIn mobile app using the link below.
- On your arrival day, you will receive a message with your room name and access instructions - access will automatically be assigned in the JustIn mobile app.
- Entry to the building is gained by using your mobile key, holding your phone to the keypad next to the main door. Your mobile key also opens our glass foyer door and your bedroom lock - simply activate your JustIn mobile key and hold your phone to the lock on the door.
- Your room will be pre-prepared with keycards at your bedside for use throughout your stay.
- A member of the team is available in the case of emergencies - simply call us on +44 131 524 0110 or ring a call point at the entrance to the hotel.
- Self check-in is complimentary.
- Mobile keys are unique and time-limited for security.
- Please complete our digital registration form - this will be emailed to you two days before arrival.
